Orders placed via the Internet must be placed by 2:30 p.m. Eastern time for next day delivery. Call 1-800-967-4268 to place last minute orders. Orders can be shipped Monday through Friday. Shipping and delivery are not available on Sunday. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional charge, for more information please call the office at 1-800-967-4268. Saturday Delivery is not available for all areas and will include an additional charge of $15.00 and subject to change with FedEx fuel surcharges. Please contact us if you have any questions. All orders valued at $500 or less are shipped using 'No Signature Required' for delivery. Orders over $500 will 'Require a Signature' for delivery. Please be sure to alert the recipient that something perishable is coming via FedEx. We do not recommend live lobsters or seafood be left outside in heat or adverse weather conditions. Orders can also be shipped to offices, FedEx hubs or authorized FedEx locations. All Internet orders will be notified of tracking information by an automated
FedEx tracking email. Many times automated emails are picked up by Spam
filters, please be sure to check your Spam folder. We want our
customers to please be aware that adverse weather conditions at airports
across the country may result in delivery delays
