Ingredients: 1 pound of mushrooms (without stems), 3/4 cup melted butter, 1 cup crushed croutons, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1-pound Maine lobster tail (cleaned and chopped into pieces) and 3 tablespoons minced garlic
-Preheat over to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
-Brush baking sheet with melted butter
-Put mushroom caps on baking sheet, empty side up
-In separate bowl mix croutons, lobster meat, cheese and garlic
-Spoon the mixture into mushroom caps
-Bake 10-13 minutes. Serve
