Bacon Wrapped Maine Sea Scallops

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 12 minutes Ingredients:2 lbs.

Fresh, Dry Maine Sea Scallops 1 lbs. of sliced bacon 1 tablespoons of minced garlic1/3 cup chicken broth 3 tablespoons of butter

Directions:

  1. Cut the bacon strips in half and wrap a piece around each Maine sea scallop. Keep secure with a toothpick.
  2. Arrange the wrapped scallops on a baking sheet and broil 3 minutes per side or until bacon is crisp.
  3. In a small skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter and saute for 1 minute. Add in 1/3 cup of chicken broth and bring to a boil. Cook 2 minutes.
  4. Place cooked scallops in a large bowl and add brother to gently coat. Enjoy!
