Ordering:

We’ve made it easy for you by providing you with a fully secure and automated Internet retail site; however, if your browser does not support appropriate security features, or you simply wish to order by phone or fax, we are happy to assist you. Our automated order and shipping system will only support shipments within the U.S. at this time.

If next day delivery is requested, orders have to be placed before 2:30 p.m. Eastern time even if you’ve received a confirmation. FedEx arrives for pickup at a determined time – web site confirmations are automated and is not a guarantee of overnight delivery if made after the 2:30 p.m. cut off time. Give us a call at 1-800-967-4268 if you have a rush shipment – we will make every effort to see that your shipment goes out that day.

Ordering by Fax:

To order by fax, simply complete your shopping cart order form, then fax to us at 207-967-3511

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your order will be charged to your credit card only upon shipment.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped FedEx except when customers request other carriers. International customers, please contact us at 800-967-4268 for ordering and shipping information. Upon receipt and confirmation of your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming the ship date and tracking number of your order. For shipping, you can normally expect your order the next day from order receipt. You can then check on the status of your shipment by accessing FedEx directly from our site.

Return Policy:

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please send it back freight collect, we will credit your account or exchange your merchandise upon request. Just e-mail, call or fax us.
