Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes


  • 2 lbs. Fresh, Dry Maine Sea Scallops
  • 1 lbs. of sliced bacon
  • 1 tablespoons of minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons of butter


Step 1: Cut the bacon strips in half and wrap a piece around each Maine sea scallop. Keep secure with a toothpick.

Step 2: Arrange the wrapped scallops on a baking sheet and broil 3 minutes per side or until bacon is crisp.

Step 3: In a small skillet, melt 3 tablespoons of butter and saute for 1 minute. Add in 1/3 cup of chicken broth and bring to a boil. Cook 2 minutes.

Step 4: Place cooked scallops in a large bowl and add brother to gently coat.
