Crab Dip

  • 6 ounces of Maine rock crab meat, drained
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 11 ounces of cream cheese
  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Bread Bowl or Crackers


Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the Maine rock crab meat, cream cheese, onion, mayonnaise, and garlic powder. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Step 3: Spread the mixture into a 1 quart baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 4: Remove the hot crab dip from the oven, and serve in bread bowl or with crackers.
