1 lb. of Maine lobster tail, cleaned and chopped
6 ounces of Cape Porpoise Crabmeat
3/4 cup melted butter
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup crushed seasoned croutons
1 pound fresh mushrooms
3 tablespoons minced garlic
Step 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Use 1/4 melted butter to brush on a large backing sheet. In a single layer, arrange the mushroom caps on the baking sheet.
Step 2. Mix together the remaining 1/2 cup of butter, shredded cheese, lobster, garlic, crab meat, crushed croutons. Then using a spoon, fill the mushroom caps with the mixture. (this should be done where the stems used to be)
Step 3. Once all of the mushroom caps are filled with the lobster & crab meat mixture place them in the oven to bake for 10-12 minutes, or until they are lightly browned on the top.
