1 pressed garlic clove
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 minced green onions
1C Enoki mushroom
2C Radish sprouts
1/4C sesame seeds
Place crabmeat, ginger, garlic egg and soy sauce in food processor and process 2 minutes until smooth.
Stir green onions into processed mixture, cover and chill 1 hour.
Mold the chilled paste into compact 1/2-inch balls and roll them in sesame seeds. Chill while preparing to cook.
Heat vegetable oil to 375° and heat oven to 200°. Fry crab balls 2 minutes until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels and place in oven.
Use daikon radish, enoki mushrooms, and radish sprouts as garnish on individual serving plates. Serve.
