Crab Stuffed Lobster Tail

Lobster tails are a crowd-favorite for those that love seafood. And while baked lobster tails are traditional, you may be looking for something a little more exciting for your upcoming New Year’s Eve celebration.

How about lobster tails stuffed with crab?

Here’s all you need to know to make this delicious entree:

Ingredients (2 Servings):

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tsp melted butter
  • 12 crushed crackers
  • 1/2 cup crab meat
  • 1 tsp seafood seasoning
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Split lobster tails along the center top and pull edges apart
  • Lift lobster tail meat so it rests above the shell, place on baking sheet
  • Brush both lobster tails with 2 teaspoons of melted butter
  • Mix together the crabmeat, crackers, 2 teaspoon of melted butter, seafood seasoning, garlic and lemon juice
  • Salt mixture to taste
  • Spoon half the mixture into each lobster tail
  • Bake lobster tails for 10-12 minutes
  • Serve
